Q. How old do I need to be to participate?
A. You must be at least 16 years of age to participate.

Q. Do I need to work with a fitness professional to participate?
A. Yes, you must work with a Juice Plus+^® Fitness Professional, so
that you can be properly tested in the required series of four
questionnaires. It has been shown that exercise enthusiasts can often
accomplish more when working with a fitness professional.

Q. What are the minimum product requirements for me to join?
A. You need to be or to become an active Juice Plus+^® customer,
consuming at least the Juice Plus+^® Orchard and Garden Blend
capsules or chewables as recommended on the labels. Other products
are available and are optional.

Q. During the year-long Juice Plus+^® Fitness Challenge, can I delay my product order at any time?
A. To remain eligible for the Fitness Challenge program incentives, your
three shipments of Juice Plus+^® must remain on schedule. If you
delay or cancel, you will no longer be eligible for the incentives.

Q. Is the Juice Plus+^® Fitness Challenge website optional?
A. Yes, you can subscribe to use the site for a fee of $5/month, and can continue your subscription to the site after your year in the challenge is over.

Q. How do I redeem my discount incentives on Juice Plus+^® Fitness Challenge apparel and merchandise?
A. If you have subscribed to the Juice Plus+^® Fitness Challenge website, upon completion of online Questionnaires I, II, and III, you will be presented with a link to a website featuring the products available,
and a promotion code to use when placing your order.

Q. If I am not a subscriber to the Juice Plus+^® Fitness Challenge website, how will I receive my discount incentive?
A. If you choose not to subscribe to the Juice Plus+^® Fitness Challenge website, you will be able to fax your Questionnaires. Upon our receipt of completed Questionnaires I, II, and III, you will be emailed
a link to a website that features the available products, and a
promotion code to use when placing your order.

Q. How do I become eligible for the year-end grand prizes?
A. At the end of your year as an active Juice Plus+^® Fitness Challenge
participant, you will receive an email message confirming the
completion of all of your questionnaires and providing you with a
template to submit your Juice Plus+^® Fitness Challenge story.

Q. How are the grand prize winners selected?
A. A committee of independent judges will review all the story
submissions in each of the three categories and select the grand prize
winners.
